When lockdown hit in 2020, Hugh Rice were forced to close their stores, turning to their ecommerce store to generate sales. Already onboard for PPC and SEO they felt we could bolster web sales with email marketing.

Our Approach

We instantly picked up the email marketing after a member of the Hugh Rice team went on maternity leave.

We developed new templates for both fascias, Hugh Rice and Luxe by Hugh Rice. Working with the marketing team we had a calendar of emails and promotions all throughout lockdown and beyond.

Not only did we need to meet style guidelines of Hugh Rice but also external brands such as TUDOR, Breitling and Pandora. Each brand has and continues to be impressed with our campaigns.

Colewood was able to adapt quickly to our needs due to a change in internal circumstances / the pandemic and provide a clear package for this service. James and Tom are quick to respond to all campaigns even when they come through without much notice and understand within the nature of the business that this is sometimes the case.
