Our Graduate Scheme

The graduate scheme comprises a 12 month schedule, across each department of Colewood digital. The graduate will move around the departments every quarter.

We want to give graduates the opportunity to get ‘on the job’ experience within each of our marketing teams, learn more about working in specific channels and learn relevant skills within the workplace. Usually, when you graduate and start applying for a role, the company will need experience so you’re able to hit the ground running. This is a total catch 22, how can you gain the experience, if they already want you to have it? We wanted to give graduates the opportunity of training, the ability to try different specialisms over a 12 month period to see which areas of marketing they’re interested in and would like a career in. The scheme will lead to a full-time permanent role after 12 months, whilst still receiving a full-time salary throughout the scheme.
