Thornes website migration to a new platform, brought with it a host of issues, with the Google shopping feed no longer using the same product Id’s and variant products no longer being available to push via Google shopping. In addition to this we noted the new feed was very basic assigning categories at top level and not pushing valuable data attributes. Colewood quickly got to work optimising the product feed to Google best practices with the goal of driving growth of sales and improving the ROAS. We quickly identified best selling product ranges and worked through optimising the product titles, image links, product types, Google product categories and missing data attributes.
