We are looking for an experienced and proactive Senior PPC Account Manager to join our dynamic and rapidly expanding Digital Marketing team. The Role
As a Senior PPC Account Manager, you will take ownership of paid search and paid social account management, including strategy, execution, and ongoing optimisation. This customer-facing role involves direct communication with clients, ensuring measurable results and aligning campaigns with their business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Manage and optimise Google and Meta Ads campaigns, from initial setup and strategy development to ongoing performance analysis and reporting.
- Oversee paid advertising strategies across multiple clients, ensuring campaigns drive leads, sales, visits, and subscriptions.
- Monitor and analyse performance data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Ensure paid search and paid social specific client deliverables meet required standards, delivering excellence at all times.
- Lead external client meetings, providing strategic guidance and actionable recommendations.
- Support business development efforts by assisting in onboarding new clients and developing tailored advertising strategies.
- Collaborate with in-house web/software development teams, designers, copywriters, and SEO professionals to support integrated campaign objectives.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, testing new ad formats and technologies to maximise client success.
- Expand department revenues through account development and strategic problem-solving.
- Ensure client accounts align with the latest industry best practices and search engine updates.
- Supervise and support up to two PPC Account Managers.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Strong experience managing PPC campaigns and delivering results for clients in an agency environment.
- Proven track record in developing and executing multi-channel advertising strategies across Google, Meta, and other platforms.
- Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics to derive actionable insights.
- Hold Google Ads Certifications in Search, Shopping, and Measurement.
- Familiarity with marketing attribution models beyond last-click.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to take initiative.
- Attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
- A current driving license and access to a car.
