The Role
As a Senior Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and converting potential clients into long-term partners. Your primary focus will be selling our digital marketing packages, including PPC, SEO, and social media advertising, to businesses looking to enhance their online presence. You will be expected to manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and pitching to closing deals and nurturing client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels, including cold outreach, networking, and inbound leads.
- Develop and present tailored digital marketing solutions to prospective clients, demonstrating the value of our services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders to drive long-term business growth.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact and needs analysis to proposal creation, negotiation, and contract closure.
- Work closely with internal teams, including PPC, SEO, and social media specialists, to ensure client expectations are met.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and digital marketing best practices to provide insightful recommendations to clients.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals through effective planning and execution.
- Maintain accurate sales records and pipeline management using CRM tools.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management within the digital marketing or advertising industry.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing services, including PPC, SEO, and social media marketing.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex marketing strategies in a clear and compelling manner.
- A results-driven mindset with a strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales automation tools.
- A self-motivated, proactive, and strategic thinker with exceptional negotiation skills.
