Job role

We are looking for a creative and organised Digital Media Producer to join our team. The role involves creating high quality videography and photography for both internal projects and external clients. You’ll work closely with various departments and manage relationships with clients to ensure the successful delivery of visual content that aligns with brand and client objectives.

This role is ideal for someone with experience managing projects and clients, who is passionate about media production and eager to make an impact in a growing creative team.

Your key tasks and duties will include:

  • Plan, shoot, and edit video and photo content for a range of digital platforms
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop media content for marketing campaigns, product launches, and events
  • Manage the production process from pre- to post-production, including setting timelines and coordinating logistics
  • Maintain effective communication with clients to understand their requirements and ensure deliverables meet expectations
  • Ensure all media assets are consistent with brand standards and project guidelines
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in digital media and production tools

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Experience in videography, photography, and post-production, including editing software such as Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, or similar.
  • Proven ability to manage client relationships and expectations.
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Desirable Experience:

  • Familiarity with social media platforms and content optimisation for different formats.
  • Basic understanding of motion graphics and animation is a plus.

Desirable Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media Production, Digital Arts, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

We’re flexible and find a hybrid approach works best for our employees/company. Our office is based in Stockton-on-Tees and is open Monday-Friday should you wish to make use of the free tea/coffee and breakout areas.
