As we continue to grow, we’re looking to expand our sales team to strengthen relationships with existing clients and introduce our full suite of marketing services SEO, PPC, Email Marketing, and Social Media Management to new prospects.

If you have at least 2 years of B2B sales experience, a dynamic personality, and a drive to join a forward-thinking, expanding company, we want to hear from you!

The role itself will involve

  • New business introduction through targeted social selling, calls, campaigns using effective strategies to prospective clients
  • Persuasive relationship building using a consultative approach, understanding their challenges, budget, industry and goals
  • Assessment of lead quality based on predefined criteria, such as company size, budget, industry and suitability to partner with us
  • Excellent communication and consultative sales skills
  • Using your personality and enthusiasm to gain the interest of prospective clients
  • Arrange discovery calls with relevant team members to discuss audit results in depth and how we can support them
  • Working with the marketing team to create and post relevant content on our social media platforms
  • Keeping in touch with clients, keeping them up to date with other services we offer

The following skills & experience are required

  • Experience in lead generation or a similar role in sales, preferably in an agency environment
  • Excellent communication skills – both internally within the company and with clients
  • Commercial awareness – ability to identify opportunities in new and existing markets
  • Organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Presentation skills – preparing and delivering pitches and presentations to potential new clients.
  • The ability to speak and interact with a diverse range of individuals and businesses, at all levels
  • Initiative and proactivity
  • Strong negotiation skills

Location

We’re flexible and find a hybrid approach works best for our employees/company. Our office is based in Stockton-on-Tees and is open Monday-Friday should you wish to make use of the free tea/coffee and breakout areas.
